DJ.JB type large dip Angle belt conveyor

Product Introduction: DJ.JB type large dip Angle belt conveyor structure is in the flat rubber transport belt on both sides of the free retractable rubber waveform vertical "skirt", between the skirt and a certain strength and elasticity of the diaphragm to form a box bucket, so that materials in the bucket for continuous transportation. Can be widely used in coal, food, building materials, chemical industry, hydropower and metallurgy departments, in the ambient temperature of -19℃ ~ +40℃ range, conveying bulk proportion of 0.5-2.5t/m3 of various bulk materials.

Main Uses:

1. Barrier belt conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment for bulk materials for general purposes. It adopts a conveyor belt with wavy barrier and diaphragm. Therefore, it is especially suitable for large dip Angle transportation.

2. This machine can be used in coal, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, food, port, shipping and other industries, in the working environment humidity of -15℃- +40℃ within the range of conveying bulk proportion of 0.5-2.5t/m3 of all kinds of bulk materials.

3. For conveying materials with special requirements, such as: high temperature, acid, alkali, oil substances or organic solvents and other components of the material, need to use a special conveyor belt.

4. The conveyor Angle of the belt conveyor on the retaining side is within the range of 0°-90°.

Layout form:

In order to obtain better receiving and discharging conditions, the machine adopts "Z" shape arrangement form. That is, an upper horizontal section, a lower horizontal section and a inclined section are provided, and the material is received in the lower horizontal section, and the material is discharged in the upper horizontal section. The upper horizontal section and inclined section are connected by convex arc section frame, while the lower horizontal section and inclined section are connected by concave arc section frame to realize smooth transition of conveyor belt.

1. Upper horizontal section: In order to meet the requirements of different unloading heights, the head frame is divided into low head frame (head height H0=1000mm), Chinese head frame (head height H0=1100 ~ 1500mm) and high head frame (head height H0=1600 ~ 2000mm). Accordingly, low convex arc frame and low middle frame support legs (with head height H0=1000mm), Chinese convex arc frame and Chinese middle frame support legs (with head height H0=1100 ~ 1500mm) are respectively used in the upper horizontal section. High convex arc frame and high middle frame legs (with head frame height H0=1600 ~ 2000mm).

2. Inclined section: whether the upper horizontal section adopts low type, Chinese type, or high type middle frame legs, the inclined section adopts low type middle frame legs. When the conveyor Angle β≧45°, it is recommended to use type Ⅱ low middle frame legs.

3. Lower horizontal section: Lower horizontal section adopts low middle frame support leg.

Purpose of parts:

1. Wavy side guard conveyor belt:

In the conveyor to pull and bearing action. The wavy guard, diaphragm and baseband form the "gate" shaped container for conveying materials, so as to realize the large dip Angle conveying.

2. Driving device

It is the power part of the conveyor. The system is composed of Y series motor,ZJ type shaft mounted reducer and wedge type backstop.

3. Driving drum:

It is the main part of power transmission, and the conveyor belt runs by the friction between it and the drive pulley. This series of driving drums are divided into rubber surface and smooth surface. The rubber surface drum is designed to increase the adhesion between the drum and the conveyor belt.

4. Change to the drum:

The reversing drum is used for the lower surface of the conveyor belt (non-bearing surface).

5. Pressure belt wheel:

Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt, the pressure belt wheel is used for the upper surface of the conveyor belt (bearing surface).

6. Supporting roller:

Rollers are used to support the conveyor belt and the materials on it to make it run stably. There are two types of upper parallel roller and lower flat roller in this series.

7. Belt roller:

The belt roller is used to support the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the convex arc frame, which is supported on the empty edge on both sides of the retaining conveyor belt. Several sets of belt rollers form an arc section for reversing the conveyor belt. The belt roller is supported by a cantilever.

8. Vertical roll:

The vertical rollers are used to limit the deviation of the conveyor belt and are installed on the upper and lower  transition sections of the frame. The rack of each filter segment is provided with four, with two upper and two lower respectively.

9. Slapping wheel cleaning device:

Used for beating the back of the conveyor belt to shake off the materials stuck on the conveyor belt.

10. Tension device;

Its functions are as follows :1. Make the conveyor belt have enough tension to ensure that the conveyor belt and the drive roller do not slip.

2. Limit the sagging of the conveyor belt between the brackets, so that the conveyor can run normally. This series adopts spiral tensioning device.

11. Frame, head funnel, head guard, guide groove, middle frame, middle frame leg, etc. :

In the conveyor respectively play the role of support, dust and guide material. The lower horizontal section and tilt section are only equipped with low middle frame legs, while the upper and lower horizontal section are respectively equipped with different middle frame legs (low, Chinese and high middle frame legs) according to different head frames (low, Chinese and high head frames).

Note; Belt can be divided into (ordinary type, acid and alkali resistant type, oil resistant type) rubber.
